"We had wind damage from June 2023 storms and needed a roof replacement. This was our first time dealing with such a significant claim, and Pharah at Bob Watson State Farm was phenomenal. She not only went out of her way to walk my husband and me through the appraisal and claims process but she also navigated the system for us by making calls behind the scenes for us (on multiple occasions). We were able to fully replace our roof and it was 100% due to her help. For that reason, I can't recommend this particular SF office enough, and I can't thank them enough either!"

"Tabi You are a blessing, and thank you so much for your time. This lady folks, stayed an hour, after closing. To handle, My insurance claim, when,my agent!!! couldn't do it. EVEN though he was, on the clock, she stayed off the clock. And did this for me, thank you so much. Tabi!"

"We transferred from Texas to this State Farm office, Bob Watson in Norman and they are such a friendly office. We searched all and decided on this office because of the care that they were taking to get us all taken care of. Since our transfer we have have such a easy time and anytime we have a question they are always there. They have three ladies in the office with a lot of experience and it shows, If you are in search of a good insurance office choose them they will take care of you."

"This office is absolutely awful. They will lie to your face so they can steal your money, never return phone calls, and are very clearly extremely unorganized. My grandpa who was paying my insurance had me start to pay it. I was forced to pay his previous balance (was told it would be split over my next 4 payments) and a premium raise fee I wasn’t informed of when it should’ve just been a completely new account. I was under the impression I was making a new account, apparently not and wasn’t informed of this. On my first bill they charged me the half the amount for the previous balance. I called and they basically told me I had to pay it and that it’s not gonna be split between my next 4 payments but rather my next two. So I paid it and paid the rest on the 2nd payment. Then the extra $60 started showing g up and I was told it was for the July payment but how could it be that when I already paid the July one?? After a lot of back and forth and State Farm corporate not even knowing what was going on, then they told me that I wouldn’t have to pay it again. Then two payments later I was being charged it again. Called again being like “hey why was I told this and you’re not going to follow through on it?” and they were of no help. Ended up trying to cancel it through root and it didn’t get cancelled so I called back and cancelled it. My grandpa some how saw that it wasn’t paid, not sure why someone not on my policy would be allowed access to my information in the first place, and went and paid them even though it was supposed to be cancelled. I called and they said they were sending a refund for that money and it would be sent in the mail. Waited a few weeks and it never came so I called back. Again, was told the check was in the mail for a second time and to call back if I didn’t get it in a week. Well weeks later no check. Called again and was told I was not owed a refund and basically they didn’t know why I was told that. I understand if that’s their actual policy and I have no issue with that, but I do have an issue with being lied to and told and promised something that was not going to happen and having to pay someone else’s previous balance. You’d think they’d be a little more not scammy to someone who’s grandfather has been a customer of theirs for decades. Steer clear of this place unless you like lying and thieving."

"Set up automated payments for my auto insurance. They failed to take it out last month, then completely cancelled my policy due to nonpayment, with no warning. I received nothing in the mail telling me this was a possibility or that it even happened. I'll never use nor recommend State Farm for a damn thing."

"This office are a bunch of crooks. They will lie to suit themselves. They will not mail your forms you are supposed to sign but will charge your account for them and say that oh well nothing they can do. I have never had a problem with State Farm until this office got involved. They will change your rates every month."
